Bathrooms - How much they cost?

To understand how pricing a bathroom can vary so much, i first have to tell you why we love designing and fitting them first. Unlike kitchens, there is a massive variation in the limits we are able to push. The industry has been incredibly innovative in new techniques and offerings in a bathroom. previously, tile trims were used on external corners of tiles; now we use a colour matched resin to bond 2 tiles around a corner- for a seamless finish.

Now- how much do they cost?

As standard, we provide a 10 year warranty on all products supplied and of course on our workmanship as well. A minimum baseline for the level of bathroom we offer is around £10,000. This figure shocks alot of people- understandably. But this is an ultra premium bathroom you fit once- and it stays. In general, we advise a budget of around 10-15k.

So what can you expect?

Bigger the better- We love incorporating XL porcelain slabs into our bathrooms. Above is an example of a "book-matched" slab. You wont come across this in many other bathrooms. These two tiles cost circa £1500+ and they look even better in person.

Ever seen a basin built bespoke from tiles?

Now you have- Custom basins are really a major part of the wow factor in your bathroom and theres only a handful of skilled tradesmen around the country who can do them properly.

Lighting

Lighting is a huge element that is missed in so many bathrooms. It sets the tonality of your space and enhances the detail that's put into the print on tiles. We use led profiles in the ceiling, in niches, behind mirrors and below your sinks. It's very easy to over do it which is why we use our 3D render software to accurately display the light elements in the room.
